At times it can be difficult to navigate challenges that one may face, but with collaboration from a provider who is empathetic and understanding, it is possible to work through one’s difficulties. I am dedicated to helping uplift, empower, and support others. Whether it be through therapy or assessment, I strive to create a space for my clients to be seen and heard, all while taking steps towards building confidence, resiliency, self-awareness, and coping skills.

Through the use of humor, compassion, and the integration of multiple therapy styles, I aim to foster a supportive and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment that welcomes the exploration of underlying dynamics as well as present day stressors. I believe that no two people are alike therefore my use of an integrative approach allows for each individual’s needs/concerns to be met in a way that is specially adapted for that person using evidence-based interventions. My aim is to help you reach your goals.
