Evaluations of Gifted and Twice-Exceptional Individuals:

We can help identify whether children or adults meet criteria for giftedness and/or twice-exceptionality. This can help in providing guidance as to the most appropriate gifted education in regular school, as well as for inclusion in gifted schools or gifted programs, such as the Gifted Child Society, MENSA, or the Davidson Institute. We differentiate among levels of gifted individuals including the use of extended norms, as available. We further understand that there are children who are gifted and also have another social, emotional, learning, or behavioral challenge, which may be masking their giftedness and causing tremendous frustration. It is especially important to assess these individuals, so that both their gifted needs and their areas of weakness can be supported.
